MyInfo is a self contained system and does not share username and passwords with any other Sysco systems. Your MyInfo password is not your network ID, and is not retrievable via the Tivolli password reset utility.
After providing your SSN, you will be challenged with several security questions. After successfully answering your security questions, you will be able to reset your password. If you are unable to complete the security questions, you will need to contact your Benefits Coordinator for your location for additional assistance in resetting your PIN.
